The Villian (yes, it's spelled correctly here for the sake of his name), better known as Blotre or otherwise the Poopus, Sugarbay, or (IRL) Alonzo Laboe, is a guy who goes around Swood County, O-bye-o and does weird things. He is from Mishygain, then Illynoy, then Mishygain, then O-bye-o (we could not afford to get the gov't trademarks in). He has autism. He also for some reason makes animated cartoons. He likes Wikipedia too much and thinks it's funny. He hates himself. He is abrasive, cocky, cowardly, evil, forgetful, fussy, gullible, hostile, humourlessuncouth, and many more.
