This article is about the hypernym. For the franchise it refers to at one, see the section Franchising. For the origin of the franchise, see Pengins & Syvers (cartoon show). For the first episode the term historically refers to, see
A visual reference of the taxonomy of the pengins and syver as simplified to its core history

The pengins and syver hypernym, sometimes known as the pengins and syvers hympernym, or when merged as the Pengins & Syvers (cognative) franchise as a result of a short film, is a semantic field referring to the aponomous syver[s] and their lore, as well as the additional and non-canon pengins. Made in 2015, the hypernym includes, on the syver side a bibical explanation of 3 games, and on the pengin side, two seprate cartoon series, both in the original (usually considered as a modern webcomic) and animated form, plus a website by its creator.

History

Adventures of Syver, also known as AoS, was the biblical content for the video game of its origin, The Lego Game. It was created by Kasper (unknown last name) and Harrison (unknown last name), who decided from ℮ 2015 to mid-2022. Around this era, a Scratch content creator and cartoonist Paxton Houston had decided to join in on the series' lore, and a year later created a wiki on his website called Chaz Wiki for him and his "subordinates," as he calls them. Because all known knowledge on the series comes from this wiki, it is assumed that because Kasper does not have an account on the wiki that Kasper stopped making publications of AoS due to either high school or alma matter. Speaking of the wiki, Chaz Wiki was made on PaxtonPenguin.com via MediaWiki on the fourth of November, 2023 and given away to the public domain, hence the eventual (coincidental) tenth anniversary merge via a short film by Alonzo Laboe, also known by the pseudonym blotre called 90 Bazillion Bottles of Root Beer on the Wall, made in March of 2025. Although first illegally copyright strikes by Houston, Laboe had to explain why not to do so, eventually accepting such on the wiki. A year before in 2024, Chaomic 0 came out, which was the first use of the pengins and the first of the Chaomics, a series of comics that currently still goes and is in its third season. Before so around the end of AoS was a short film called Stupid Cooking released to YouTube on August 22, 2022 on Houston's YouTube channel.
