Here's a FAQ. Lemme do this as fast as I can. Three, two, one, half of one, and ... guh-
1: Can I make this article?
Sure, it depends.
1.1: What articles count?
You have to follow Chaz Wiki:Rules before making articles. See if it breaks any of them. A big rule is rule 4: no NSFW. Look it up before ya make an article about naked people, son.
1.2: What articles count, actually?
Well, for starters, meme articles are allowed. Just put them in the meme category (see Help:Editing before you cry about it.), as it exists. Don't, though, make you articles where you talk about yourself. Paxton will probably revert them and say you were the only contributor. This would be you being a sort of narcissist. (pixton note: mediawiki's default revert message is "username was the only contributor)
2: Who's Paxton?
Oh, Paxton. He (PaxtonPenguin) runs this wiki. So forth, he's the admin. You should never mess with the admin. If he says something is wrong with your article (per se, the Pengins & Syvers article), you should fix it.
3: Hold on, what's the wiki about?
It's a poop-post. Now it's a folder in a folder. It's mostly about Pengins & Syvers, but that's not something we (like to) talk about. If ya do wanna go down the rabbit hole, click on the logo:
