Battle for Dream Island (BFDI) is an animated web series on YouTube created by Chinese-American twin brothers Cary Huang and Michael Huang. As the series has over 1.9 billion total views, you may be surprised that Wikipedia does not have an article for this series. This is because of a lack of independent reliable sources covering BFDI. Without them, there would be no other way for an article to follow Wikipedia's neutral point of view and verifiability policies. Despite many attempts to find such sources, none have been found; however, sources have been found for another project of the Huang brothers, The Scale of the Universe. The web series features anthropomorphic objects competing in a series of contests for a prize. After each contest, the viewers are invited to vote for or against someone being eliminated the next episode. The series inspired a genre of animated web series known as "object shows". A popular interactive visualization tool by creators of the series that is on Wikipedia is The Scale of the Universe, which has attracted coverage and was featured on NASA's Astronomy Picture of the Day, and inspired the Kurzgesagt app "Universe in a Nutshell". This led to the International Astronomical Union naming minor planet 10003 Caryhuang after one of them. As of January 2021, there are five seasons, two of which (season 1 and season 4 in particular) have been properly completed; Battle for Dream Island, Battle for Dream Island Again, IDFB, Battle for BFDI/BFB, and Battle for Dream Island: The Power of Two. Eraser is a bland (and wee bit fem-boyish) eraser who is friends with Pen and Blocky

Pen, male

Pen is kinda happy blue pen guy thing

Blocky, male

Blocky is an aggressive, kinda dumb, irresponsible, and disrespectful building block. he used to target woody, but know he's softer and is woody's friend

Tennis Ball, male

Tennis Ball, or tb is gb (golf ball)'s best friend. He's nerdy like her, but he isn't bossy or nerdy to the point where it's annoying
