Chaz, also known due to his reputation by many of his power stealers, Him, is one of two main pengin characters in the Pengins & Syvers franchise. He his depicted in P&S as inane, silly, annoying, and is usually grey and is longer then other pengins.
Relationships
Peep
Chaz is best friends with Peep. Peep sometimes does what he likes in unanimity, but sometimes decides to ask "why" when Chaz is doing something like tax evasion.
Red
Red is not best friends, but is a friend of Chaz as seen in the Chaz Cartoons. He often does things with him (or is forced) and will often say what's wrong and right to him only for him to not obey.
Reputation
Due to his "funny doings", Chaz is often antagonized and has actually gone to prison before. He has, for unknown reasons, be forced to be called god before, which may have been a doing of his. Because he has his own aponomous power, many people have chazzed themself to use such powers, slowly adding to his own reputation as a result, including Him, a maniac who crossed-dimension-ally kidnapped people.
