Looks like you've found me. Well, now that you're here, I, blotre, still make PaxtonPenguin fan cartoons. To understand, anything in the Public Domain is not revocable, so the "unless otherwise noted" at the bottom of every page is literally useless bogus. It's still free to use, and I think that Paxton is just really possesive. That's copyfraud, you know that right?
