Pengins & Syvers, when not used to describe the franchise (this is its most stable definition), means a series of the P&S franchise cartoons made not by PaxtonPenguin.com, and instead were made by a Chaz Wiki user called Blotre. They are secondarily called Chaz Cartoons, as P&S did not have a name by the creation of the first cartoon.
