The pengins are anthropomorphized false pengins with one body bulb, nub hands, and no belly feather color.

Chaz is the grey, chaotic pengin.
Peep is the blue, smart pengin. Chaz and him are friends.
Hypnope is red and tends to hypnotize Wage Slave on random occasions.
Wage Slave, a.k.a. Green Peep, is a worker and incidental.
Rebecca is purple and in matrimony with Peep and is a non-passive female figure.
Big Feet exists.
