Chaz, also known as the ominous Him, is one of two main pengin characters in the Pengins & Syvers franchise. He his depicted in P&S as inane, silly, annoying, and is usually grey and is longer then other pengins.
Relationships
Peep
Chaz is best friends with Peep. Peep sometimes does what he likes in unanimity, but sometimes decides to ask "why" when Chaz is doing something like tax evasion.
Red
Red is not best friends, but is a friend of Chaz as seen in the P&S Cartoons. He often does things with him (or is forced) and will often say what's wrong and right to him only for him to not obey.
