Looks like you've found me. Well, now that you're here, I, blotre, still make PaxtonPenguin fan cartoons. To understand, anything in the Public Domain is not revocable, so the "unless otherwise noted" at the bottom of every page is literally useless bogus. It's still free to use. That's copyfraud, you know that right? I understand that he's trying to protect his characters, but I've given credit in my uploads. The original toon now has been edited to show your name at the end. I try my best to be a nice person. Sorry if I'm causing some insecurity for you. I just can't think of a (good) original idea.
